Dacon Musicall




Musicall is a single port, solid state device that provides high quality messaging and music on hold or recorded announcements. It comes supplied with one minute of license free music and on hold announcements as default.

Musicall can be used in two modes:

• Music on hold mode utilises plug-in modules that provide up to four minutes of music or announcements. A selection of modules are available containing a variety of music pieces to suit your requirements. Alternatively BT offer a Professional Recording Service using our fully equipped studio, scripting specialists and voiceover artists.

• Used in RAN mode you can record your own message, of up to one minute duration via the built in microphone. Musicall has a built-in, 40 character, illuminated LCD which enables easy selection of operation mode and displays step-by-step operating instructions. Output volume, bass and treble can be adjusted to optimise playback quality to your system. The built-in speaker allows the user to monitor the announcement playing, using a separate speaker volume control.

Musicall not only reassures your callers on hold, it can keep them up-to-date with your latest product news and current promotions.
